- Once Toluna will identify a Sub ID that is generating fraud then we will ask the publisher to stop traffic from that Sub ID with immediate effect. Further the traffic coming after that will not be billable. And also all fraud identified in the report will not be paid by our client.
- When a new traffic source is introduced to campaign (new partner or new sub ID for an existing partner), partner should inform us and the company will look very closely at the traffic from the new source ID.
- Toluna can provide a tiered monthly CAP for our publishers to avoid a flood of new registrations in very short period of time, in case they are frauds. E.g. the CAP for July is 3000 DOIs, but we will allow only 1000 DOIs in the first 10 days of the campaign, once the quality has been checked and comes fine, another 1000 DOIs will be allowed from 11th to 20th, and so on goes.
